في تطبيق جرابت: حسابي ← حذف الحساب، ثم أدخل كلمة المرور. إن لم تتذكرها استعدها من «نسيت كلمة المرور؟».
اسمك ورقم جوالك وصورتك ورمز الإشعارات، وتنتهي كل جلساتك فورًا. يصبح رقمك متاحًا للتسجيل من جديد.
تبقى الطلبات والمدفوعات دون أي بيانات تعرّف بك، لأن المتاجر والضرائب تحتاجها. إن كنت صاحب متجر يُغلق متجرك وتُسحب عروضه.
لا يمكن حذف الحساب أثناء وجود طلب قيد التنفيذ: أكمله أو ألغِه أولًا.
In the Grabt app: Profile → Delete account, then enter your password. Forgot it? Reset it with "Forgot password?".
Your name, phone number, photo and push token; every session ends at once. Your number can register again.
Orders and payments stay, with nothing that identifies you, as stores and tax law need them. A store owner's store is closed and its deals taken down.
An account can't be deleted while one of its orders is under way: finish or cancel it first.
